Linux

Winconnection for Linux uses the Red Hat ©, enterprise platform of reference, and its community version, CentOS, providing security, stability and scalability with low TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) - since it is not necessary to acquire CentOS licenses.

The installation, upgrade and configuration are made by Live CD or using the platform of standardized tools such as YUM, RPM, systtemctl and NetworkManager.
Thus its professionals do not need to learn new technologies to manage Linux Winconnection.

Advantages of Live CD use

  • Quick Setup (15 min) on any machine, with or without pre-installed operating systems.
  • Winconnection test using just a stick. After testing, becomes definitive installation, easily transferring WNC for the HD machine.
  • Integrated remote support, allowing up the installation is done remotely.
  • It can be used as media restoration.

Appliance

Winconnection can be provided as Appliance on dedicated hardware or as a virtual appliance, running with virtualizers in general.

Install on a computer in less than 15 minutes and without the need for an operating system previously installed.
Based on the CentOS distribution, Winconnection for Linux allows the software to be installed and managed through configuration menus without the need for specific knowledge.

In addition, the installation file comes with a remote help system that allows, if contracted, Winco or an authorized dealer to perform the installation remotely.
