Corrections
- Windows users with names containing accented letters could not be monitored by the agent.

Improvements
- Skype App v12.x (for Windows 10) is now supported.
- Advanced debug mode activation and log debug transmission are both available for end users in order to speed up the technical support.
- New attachment types are registered in the chat history.
- Installation file with several options, such as the language to be used (english or portuguese).

- Skype 8.x is now blocked by the WTM Agent.
- When used with Skype App (v12.x), blocking of contacts and blocking of file transfer are both disabled. These functions remain enabled when used with Skype Classic (v7.x).

- Blocking of "Skype Preview for Windows 10". This Skype version is not controlled/recorded by the WTM Agent, so this update must be applied on all Windows 10 stations.
